General conditions of use for our online shop
Introduction
These Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase establish the terms governing the use of this website www.brunavasconcelos.pt (hereinafter the "Online Shop") and the purchase of jewellery on it by consumers, in accordance with the legally established terms.
We ask you to carefully read these Conditions, as well as our General Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter "Data Protection Policies"), both available in the Online Shop, before using it.
By using and purchasing from the Online Shop, you declare that you know, understand and accept the Conditions, as well as being aware that you must comply with our Data Protection Policies. Therefore, if you do not agree with the Conditions or our Data Protection Policies, please do not use the Online Shop.
These Conditions may be modified, so it is your responsibility to read them periodically in order to know which ones are in force when you make your purchase. The use of the Online Shop, as well as the placing of any order, after BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY has published a new version of the Conditions, will be subject to the new version of the Conditions in force, which must be expressly accepted before placing an order. The Terms and Conditions shall apply to the relationship between Bruna Gomes Vasconcelos Unipessoal (hereinafter "Bruna Vasconcelos Jewellery") and the user (hereinafter the "Customer") in relation to all transactions carried out in the Online Shop.
BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY is a commercial entity of Portuguese nationality, with its registered office at Rua Gil Vicente nº245, 4470-300 Maia, Portugal, NIF: 249554631.
BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY holds licence no. P115089 for Industrial Jewellery without an Establishment, issued by the Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda Contrastaria do Porto.
Customer data and commitments
The information or personal data that the Customer provides us with will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY.
By accepting the Privacy Policy, the Customer confirms that they have read and understood the information regarding the processing of their data and declares that it is true and corresponds to reality. The Customer therefore undertakes to:
i. Use this website only to make legally valid enquiries or requests.
ii. Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. In the event of evidence of falsehood or fraud, BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY is authorised to cancel the order and inform the competent authorities. Furthermore, BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages and/or expenses that may arise as a result.
iii. Provide BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY with their e-mail address, address and/or other contact details in a true and accurate manner. In addition, the Customer is aware that BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY may use this information to contact them if necessary.
iv. If the Customer does not provide us with all the information necessary to process their request, unfortunately we will not be able to fulfil it.
The Customer must inform BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY if there are any changes to their data (identification data, e-mail address, password and contact details). e-mail.
The Customer declares that he/she is over 18 (eighteen) years of age or, if he/she is a minor, he/she has legal representatives to contract under the legal terms. By using the Website, the Customer declares that they fulfil these conditions and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Availability of service and products Bruna Vasconcelos Jewellery
The products available in the Online Shop are available for delivery nationally and internationally. We do not ship to post offices.
All orders for BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or stock shortages, BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY will inform you by e-mail and reimburse you for the amount you may have paid, within a maximum of 15 days of learning of the unavailability.
By including a product in "Your Shopping Cart", we do not guarantee its reservation or availability, as it may be sold out before the Customer formalises the purchase, even if it was available when they added it to their shopping cart.
The Online Shop is open 24 hours a day. However, the Online Shop may be inaccessible for maintenance reasons.
For this reason, BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY has determined to implement the following principles, with privacy being the basis on which all the treatments carried out are configured:
- Transparency in data processing is one of BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY's priorities and, as such, whenever it needs to collect personal data, it will duly publicise this practice through the corresponding privacy policy, including, among other things, the purposes of such processing.
- The processing of personal data strictly necessary to provide you with the service you request, as the case may be.
- Accessibility and proactivity, wherever possible, to provide you with simple means to control your personal data.
- The confidentiality of personal data collected and processed by BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY, guaranteeing the adoption of appropriate security measures to protect such data.
Terms & Conditions
How do you place orders?
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the "CONFIRM PAYMENT" button. The Customer will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order ("Order Confirmation") within 24 hours of placing it. This email is an automatic acknowledgement that we have received your order, in which we provide you with information on the order number and date, the shipping and payment method, shipping and billing address, product price, shipping costs and product identification. The Customer will also be informed by e-mail that the order is being dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). In addition, the Customer can check the status of their order in "My Account".
Before placing an order, the Customer has the opportunity to identify, edit and correct any errors in their details, for example their shipping or billing address and credit card details, as well as the possibility of deleting or replacing products they have added to their shopping basket. After clicking on "Confirm Order" the Customer will no longer be able to delete or replace the selected products. If the Customer has made a mistake when sending their details, they can modify them in the "My Account" section; these details will apply to future purchases.
Treatment
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please contact us by e-mail at geral@bvjewellery.pt.
Shipments to mainland Portugal will be made by Envialia and the rest by Registered Post.
Average transit times are as follows, please note that if you choose a pre-order item, this time will only be after dispatch: Mainland Portugal: 24h to 48h, Islands: 5 working days, International: 7-15 working days.
Two delivery attempts are made to the address indicated. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be available at the nearest pick-up point, which will be indicated and notified by the carrier. The parcel will be available for collection for 10 days, after which time it will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the second delivery.
If the two delivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, it will only be sent again after payment of the postage.
We are based in Portugal - Europe, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any taxes, charges or additional taxes imposed by the country of destination for delivery.
How is shipping and delivery handled?
All orders received by us are subject to availability. We reserve the right to dispatch products at a later date if the product requested is not in stock at the time of purchase. If this happens, the customer will be contacted and given a full refund instead of delivery of the product. Orders are processed and dispatched within the stipulated time after purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description - check if you are buying a pre-sale product. If you buy several items and one of them is marked as pre-order, all the items will be dispatched together at a later date. Product availability and dispatch
The order will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the user during the ordering process.
The product will be sent by registered post and the tracking code will be sent to the buyer by e-mail so that they can follow the dispatch of their order.
A period of 2 to 5 days is established for the actual dispatch of the purchased item - within national territory. This period begins as soon as BV JEWELLERY receives confirmation of payment for the order.
The delivery time of the jewellery depends on the location to which the order is sent, and we are not responsible for the delivery time once the order has been dispatched.
The shipping cost to mainland Portugal and the islands is €5 for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, the shipping costs are free.
Shipping to the rest of Europe is by registered mail, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days. The cost is €10 for orders up to €200 and free for orders over €200.
Shipping to the rest of the world is done by registered post, with a delivery time of 10 to 15 working days and the cost is €25 for all orders.
The commitment to sell and dispatch the goods is limited to the stock of the item and its availability, so BV JEWELLERY, in its commitment to quality and customer service, endeavours at all times to ensure that the items advertised are quickly available.
All items are made available online, based on the stock available in the computer system, and with a time lag of approximately 120 minutes. This means that we will not offer items that we know are not available for delivery, unless expressly stated. However, if exceptional circumstances occur, such as stock-outs or a high number of orders, or other circumstances that affect the availability of items, and after physically checking them, we will be able to certify whether or not the order can be fulfilled. Our supply capacity is limited to the availability of existing stock. This will be notified to the user as soon as possible.
Refused shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes, duties and/or customs charges incurred on the packaging and for the cost of returning the parcel to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from the refund for the goods.
Local taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Force majeure
Events beyond the control of BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY, which are not reasonably foreseeable, will be considered force majeure, which means that BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY is exempt from the obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or non-delivery by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that adversely affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.
Certification
CERTIFICATION
Bruna vasconcelos jewellery is produced in silver and gold and is legally certified by the INCM - Oporto Assay Office.
The application of assay office marks is compulsory only for silver pieces weighing more than 2 grams and gold pieces weighing more than 0.5 grams.

Materials
Bruna Vasconcelos jewellery can be made of silver, 24k gold-plated silver, gold or bronze, synthetic or natural stones, always check the description on each product.
Warranty
In accordance with Portuguese law, all items are guaranteed for 2 years.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use of the jewellery, or damage caused for reasons beyond our control.
During the period (e.g. exposure to creams, perfumes, pool or sea water, etc). Also, the rapid disappearance of the gold plating, conditioned by the natural PH of each skin, is not included in the guarantee.
Prices
The prices charged in the online shop, PVP (Retail Price) include tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT of 23%).
Bruna Vasconcelos Jewellery reserves the right to change the price of products, as well as to carry out the promotional campaigns scheduled in its annual marketing plan.
Payment methods
All products remain the property of BRUNA VASCONCELOS JEWELLERY until full payment is made. The applicable price is that set on the date the customer places the order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before the purchase is confirmed.
Payment methods such as bank transfer and MBWAY, credit card (Mastercard, Visa) and Klarna are available.
Exchanges & Returns
Poderá trocar a sua encomenda até 15 dias após a recepção da compra. Após esse período já não será possível efetuar a troca. Para efectuar trocas deverá informar-nos para o email geral@bvjewellery.pt dentro do período acima estabelecido.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is in the condition in which it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the parcel in its original packaging.
If the exchange is due to a defect in the items or a mistake on our part, Bruna Vasconcelos Jewelry assumes all responsibility and costs inherent in the process.

The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to exchange the item. The Customer is also responsible for the delivery of the product to the shop and should consider using a traceable shipping service.
All returns must be made no later than 15 days after the delivery date.
